Former bartender Chloe Hurst, 20, from Leicester, is mum to Ru, who has just turned one, and pregnant with her second child, ᴅᴜᴇ next month. Chloe loved having a baby so much that she got pregnant again just two months after giving birth
But, although young, they decided to keep the baby. Their families were not too sʜᴏᴄᴋᴇᴅ and supported them although she was a ᴛᴇᴇɴᴀɢᴇʀ. She was very sᴛʀᴇssᴇᴅ as she sᴜꜰꜰᴇʀᴇᴅ from ᴍᴏʀɴɪɴɢ sɪᴄᴋɴᴇss. On April 29, 2021, at Leicester Royal Hospital, Ru arrived following a seven-hour ʟᴀʙᴏʀ. And, 16 weeks later, she fell pregnant again. This time the baby was planned.
“I didn’t tell people until I was 17 weeks pregnant. I wore baggy clothes, ʜɪᴅɪɴɢ my ʙᴜᴍᴘ and just wanting to keep our second baby a secret for as long as possible. I decided to announce the pregnancy and ɢᴇɴᴅᴇʀ at the same time,” she said.
People did assume it was an ᴀᴄᴄɪᴅᴇɴᴛ because it happened so soon after Ru’s birth. They also thought she was too young to cope with two babies so close in age or that we hadn’t thought it through. Now she is eight months pregnant with her second son, who is growing well and is ᴅᴜᴇ on July 25. The pregnancy has been sᴛʀᴀɪɢʜᴛꜰᴏʀᴡᴀʀᴅ and easier than the first, and he’s looking forward to having ‘two under two’.

It was August 2020. She was three weeks pregnant with her first child. But she was just 18 and her partner, Billy Bailey, is now 23. They’d met eight months earlier, in December 2019, on a ɴɪɢʜᴛ ᴏᴜᴛ in their hometown of Leicester. She had a ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴠᴇ ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴄʏ ᴛᴇsᴛ. She was very ᴡᴏʀʀɪᴇᴅ and sᴄᴀʀᴇᴅ because she was too young.
