Michael Jackson has had details of his sex life shared from beyond the grave by late ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley.
The King of Pop tragically died of cardiac arrest in 2009 at the age of 50 just weeks before he was due to embark on a farewell tour. He married singer Lisa Marie – who herself tragically passed in January last year at the age of 54 due to issues caused by a blocked internal organ – in 1994, but they divorced two years later.
A memoir attributed to Lisa Marie has been released this week – shy of two years after her sudden death. The book, titled From Here to the Great Unknown, was completed by her actress daughter, Riley Keough, 35, who was the product of Presley’s marriage to Danny Keough that lasted from 1988 until 1994.
The book has shone light on the relationship between Lisa Marie and Michael – who got married when she was 26 and he was 35, with the pair swapping vows soon after she divorced Danny. The posthumous memoir claims that Michael had not made love before the pair met – and this put pressure on Lisa Marie as their romance intensified.

She wrote: “He told me he was still a virgin. I think he had kissed Tatum O’Neal, and he’d had a thing with Brooke Shields, which hadn’t been physical apart from a kiss. He said Madonna had tried to hook up with him once, too, but nothing happened. I was terrified because I didn’t want to make the wrong move.”
She added: “When he decided to first kiss me, he just did it. He was instigating everything. The physical stuff started happening, which I was shocked at. I had thought that maybe we wouldn’t do anything until we got married, but he said, ‘I’m not waiting!’”
Lisa Marie was already mother to Riley and late son Benjamin – who took his own life in 2020 at the age of 27 – when she wed Michael in 1994, and they divorced in 1996. Bad singer Michael went on to marry Debbie Rowe and welcome son Prince, 27, daughter Paris, 26, and son Prince, now known as Bigi, 21, before they divorced in 2000.
Lisa – who was the daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley – later married to Nicolas Cage from 2002 until 2004, and guitarist Michael Lockwood in 2006 – who she went on to welcome twins Finley and Harper, 16, with him before they called it quits in 2021.
Discussing the memoir with People, Riley siad: “Because my mother was Elvis Presley’s daughter, she was constantly talked about, argued over and dissected. What she wanted to do in her memoir, and what I hope I’ve done in finishing it for her, is to go beneath the magazine headline idea of her and reveal the core of who she was. To turn her into a three-dimensional human being: the best mother, a wild child, a fierce friend, an underrated artist, frank, funny, traumatized, joyous, grieving, everything that she was throughout her remarkable life. I want to give voice to my mother in a way that eluded her while she was alive.”
